I am also a writer, Reiki Master and energy healer, and I've studied with such luminaries as healer and author Barbara Brennan in New York City, healer and author Donna Eden, and spiritual teacher Gangaji in Marin County, CA. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

While I've always been sensitive to energy, an experience I had eight years ago enhanced this ability. I was attending massage therapy school and beginning my healing work. One day, while hiking in the mountains with my dog, I was struck by lightning. This experience opened up my channels to "seeing" and understanding energy. Through the process of healing from this, I found that I had an increased awareness to energy and I was able to interpret the energy that I was seeing and feeling. I began to do readings in addition to my massage and Reiki sessions.

I still love to hike in the mountains here in New Mexico, even though I stay inside when it rains! I was a film major in college and go to every movie I can. It's nice to learn from other people's dramas so I don't have to go through it myself! I have a great family, amazing friends, an angelic dog, and a balanced life. And I love my work. Helping people find their intuitive voice is a passion of mine and I feel great joy when I my friends and clients find and open their hearts.
